Multi-Grip Camber Bar Reviews

The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

I have used this twice now and am enjoying bench pressing with little shoulder pain. I do lie the knurling on the bar also rough enough to keep a good grip while sweaty.

I have no complaints about this bar! It really nails your chest and the neutral grip really takes the pressure off of the shoulder joint. This specifically makes pressing in various planes of motion much more comfortable. Nicely built, Titan!

This bar is phenomenal. As someone who has had shoulder surgery, the alternative grips are amazing as they force you to use better form and reduce pressure on your shoulders. I've used these for bent over rows as well. Only issue (and it's a minor one IMO) is that there is minimal clearance on either side of the bar when re-racking. To address this, this you will need a stabilizer or pullup bar to ensure the posts housing your J-Hooks have adequate spacing.

A great addition to the home gym at an affordable price! The grips have a good knurl, although a bit larger. Balancing the bar can be tough but with time it gets better. The welds look pretty solid too. Overall a great buy

I own a few Titan products and love them and would like to add this bar. Only concern is will it fit my Ironmaster IM2000 rack with the added bar hooks. If anyone has that set up and uses this, I'd love to know. Thanks.
