Multi-Grip Camber Bar Reviews

The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

One end of the box was damaged from water, someone taped it up some where along the way. The bar is shipped in a plastic bag, so NO water damage to the bar at all. The packaging did it's job. Very well packaged. I want some Titan stickers so I can put one on the bar or anything else I order that dont have your logo on it. LOL I got this bar to add variety to my workouts , I'll use this bar for a month and switch back to a straight bar for a month. I did some test sets with it, it will take some getting use to, but I love the bar. You get a nice stretch in the pecs at the bottom. Very well made, nice welds. My first workout full with it will be here in a few minutes. Once again, Titan = quality!

I've had this bar for about 2 months and quickly fell in love. With the camber, I found out real quick that my pecs had weak points at the lowest depth of the press, and this bar has helped me fill in those weak spots. My chest has grown in size, and I feel stronger. Honestly, I get a better pump and better workout with this thing than I ever have with a straight bar. So far I don't really have a reason to go back. As for other uses, it's been great for bent over rows, skull crushers, and bicep curls. I'm so glad I got this thing. You should consider it too.

Nice bar, welds look good & bar fits perfectly inside my Rogue rack. There were a couple minor scratches in the powder coat from shipping damage to the box.

This bar is perfect for what I wanted. I did a ton of research and it came down to Titan, EliteFTS and Texas Strength Systems. I went with Titan bc of price and the fact the grips are knurled. Love this bar for more than just bench press. Ohp, rows, etc. I recommend this bar 100%.

So much variety with this bar. I love being able to do flat bench presses using a neutral grip. They also did a grip job with the knurling on this thing. If it was stamped with another manufacturers name, the price would be twice as much at minimum. Well done Titan Fitness!
