The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip taking the pressure off the shoulder joints. Whether you are bench pressing or doing rows, the extra 2-in. camber will increase the stretch and pull of each rep, pushing you harder than a standard barbell ever will.

“The curve is perfect in allowing your arms to come down for regular grip. Close grip feels natural. The competitors versions are flat and curved which kept twisting my wrist wrong.”

“Great bar with some major improvements but 1. Knurling is improved in quality and the middle ring on each handle helps align your hands quickly. Reduced blockiness, and trimmed edges now help keep your power rack from getting beaten up and this fits in my rack much easier. The bar weighs 39 lbs which isn't a problem for me. The sleeves have changed in diameter and no longer will take regular collars. Please know you'll need axle collars to fit these now.”
