This bar is perfect if you have shoulder mobility issues and have pain/difficulty getting your hand to proper position with a regular barbell. Very comfortable, fits perfects on squat rack, highly recommended.

This bar has helped me with improvement in my squats. It’s nice in that the bar is 70lbs without weights so I am warm up with no weights as most bars are 45lbs in the gym my son and I go to. I recommend it; one of the managers at the gym we go is considering purchasing several for their gym to help ppl with squats.

Started having slight discomfort with shoulders, figured I’d give this a try. Very happy I did. Bar is solid. Does take some getting use to.

I pulled a rhomboid and the standard bar was just making that worse, so I snagged this bar to move the contact point higher on the shoulder. The box arrived looking like it had gone through a war (thanks, FedEx!), but the bar was in perfect condition inside. The position is both higher and further forward than my norm, so it actually makes things slightly more challenging (not to the extent of a front squat, but still a bit further forward). More challenge and more safety? Good deal. I've gone from squatting just a hair over twice my body weight to squatting over two and a half times my body weight in about a month.

Great addition to my home gym! I not only use it for squats, good mornings . I also use it for triceps , over head press. Love it!
