“I recently ordered the Safety Squat Olympic Bar V2 and it arrived at my doorstep within a week, which was a welcome surprise. I’ve had lower [back] disc issues for years and using a straight bar to do squats made the issue worse. When I decided to build out a home gym, a Safety Squat Bar was on my list… I only wish that I gave it a higher priority as it makes all the difference in the world. Now, I can do my beloved back squats and other squat variations confidently and without fear of re-aggravating my discs… For the money, the Safety Squat Olympic Bar V2 is a great value. While I would love to have knurled handles, it’s not imperative and doesn't affect my lifts… I would recommend this piece of equipment for anyone in a similar position as me, and/or anyone looking to purchase an SSB for their gym.”
