So I had heard everyone raving about safety squat bars. Thought would be nice to add into training. Read a ton of reviews and videos and they all pointed to Titans. It arrived, sorry FedEx guy. And the box was damaged. What ever my bar was fine. No issue with the padding. Loaded the bar on the rack, which is kinda awkward, it's 60lbs and the pads. Load it up and wow. Seriously wow. Perfect around my neck. No shoulder coming into play at all. I'm in love. Seriously. Bravo Titan!!! You have a loyal customer in me

I've not had prior experience with using a ssb but have considered getting one for several years to keep up leg volume when I have a shoulder bothering me. This is for a workplace gym several guy who avoided squats due to shoulder problems amd some who just thought thw Barbell was too uncomfortable across their neck can now do squats. In a perfect world everyonenwould learn to squat with the bar properly placed and the discomfort wouldn't be such a big deal but in the real world many people don't have the time or rather inclination to take the time and this is a solution for them too. I did notice a major difference in the movement pattern and my low back was really pumped from working with weights in my low bar squat at about a 60 to 65% of my normal work weights WITHOUT bands. I definitely felt the quads being activated a bit more too. I will adding this into my rotation every 3rd squat day or so.

This safety squat bar is well made. A solid piece of equipment with great padding. The best part is that is feels comfortable on your shoulders and neck. The bar puts you in a great position to squat over your center of gravity without stretching your arms or shoulders backwards for a traditional squat. Absolutely my favorite piece of equipment.
