“Bought this for my first specialty bar. I squat twice a week and after years and years I decided some variation could be nice. Very comfortable, even with a lot of weight. Easier to go high reps with a SSB in my opinion.”

“No more shoulder or elbow problems while squatting. Just a little awkward storing or moving it around but nothing I can’t get used to. Works great with my Rouge RM-3 rack.”

“Bar has been great for somw accessory work. Definitely humbles you compared to a back squat. I would say personally im not a fan of the grip shape or texture, just feels off. Personally I would rather it be rubber and less plastic like. Great bar though!”

“I think it's great, but as soon as I get it, I find out that you have one made in the USA, I WOULD HAVE WAITED FOR THE USA MADE ONE, I DIDN'T EVEN GET A NOTIFICATION THAT YOU WERE MAKING ONE IN THE USA, THAT SUCKS, but I would recommend the USA made SSB to everyone”

“Had this bar previously. Sold it. Regretted it. Purchased again. Keeping it. All the positive reviews you've seen can't be overstated. I can't add what has been already said. Quality is top notch and price is more than affordable for said quality. Just buy it.”
