“This bar is outstanding! Very comfortable on shoulders when squatting, and easy on the neck when performing good mornings. The bar is very heavy duty and solid. “I was able to buy the Titan SSB V2 on sale with a coupon. For the money, this is the best SSB on the market. The foam and vinyl are fantastic, the end caps look great, you are able to use your average olympic collars, and it can really help those of us with knee and should issues. Great bar, fun to use. Would recommend.”

“I struggle with good barbell squat form due to shoulder mobility issues, I had heard about ssb’s but never tried one, took a risk and ordered it anyway in hopes I could get a good low squat without injuring my back. Works great! If you struggle with traditional squat, get a ssb! The price is the best out there and the quality doesn’t lack.”

“Bar is very solid with great density pads. Was not able to get dimensions ahead of time on the different sections of bar, so it does not fit my power rack, but I am making it work regardless.”
