“I really am happy with this bar. It came with a little bit of rust on one of the end caps. The padding feels great so far (only had one 45 on each side). It does not balance well with out any weight on it when it is on your back. It tends to roll off if your not holding on or leaning forward a little. That doesn't bother me tho because I always hold on to it just what I noticed. Overall the bar works great, looks great and I am really happy with it. I have used other SSB's in College gyms and this is a step up.”

“I have been low bar squatting for years. High bar never worked for me. Solved the tendinitis issue in my left elbow from low bar squatting. Takes a bit getting used to and I lift substantially less then conventional barbell squats but I’ll take that trade off.”

“This bar is perfect. I like the way you can change up the position of the weight if you just flip the bar. One way keeps the load like a front squat and the other keeps the back squat position. I struggle with shoulder pain with a regular bar, and this completely solved that problem for me. The bar is a bit longer than a conventional bar and you must take into account of storage.”

“This is my first SSB and will probably be my last, only because it works great and it will last forever. Titan nailed it and it’s priced right too. I’m a middle aged male that has been lifting for 30 years. Not a power lifter and not a body builder but somewhere in between.”
