“I recently purchased the safety squat bar. These things are painfully expensive across the spectrum of companies that offer it but Titan had this for around $300.00 however recently placed it on sale for $199.00 and I jumped on it. This thing is awesome.. it is superbly made from the padding to the bar itself. And in use it makes the squat an entirely more effective exercise as it centers the weight throughout the movement and basically corrects your posture from start to finish. Having the handles to grasp the bar take loads of pressure off the should and neck keeping your spine and hips aligned which then focuses the weight directly on the legs. All I can say about this bars is “excellent””

“It’s exactly what you’d expect. I’m not sure how you could build a better safety squat bar, and this one is worlds cheaper than the rest. I’m not sure why you’d buy one anywhere else.”

“Overall great product...I would reverse thread one of the gripmhandl4s so that it wouldn't unscrew during the lift. As you grip the handles for the lift the handle wants to unscrew due to the grippingvaction and rotation through the lift...again this affects only one of the handles.”
