“Nice bar for the money, works as expected. Only is with the bar is the distance between the handles. If you a person with a small frame and not very wide shoulders such as a youth or women. This bar can be very uncomfortable for you!”

“I have trained with Elite Fts SS Yoke bar and the Rogue SSB and this is right in line at a fraction of the price. The pad cover is better than Rogue and keeps everything in a much better position. No bar whip that you would expect at this price point. Great bar, great price, everyone should have one in their arsenal!”

“Had an old NY barbell safety bar. Was nothing wrong with it. But after seeing and hearing about this bar I sold my old safety bar and purchased titan SSB . The bar has 0 whip and is made like a tank. The finish is very nice and the padding is much better than most I’ve tried. It is made for lots of heavy use. This bar has done more for my squat and deadlift than anything else I have ever implemented into my training”
