“This is the best SSB on the market for half the price of the elite fts version. It's solid, feels great and I prefer the Titan sleeves to the elite fts because the clear coat on the elite fts chips off. Buy this bar without question.”

“This bar has been touted as the Elite FTS clone. I personally had never used one of these bars before but after seeing all the positive reviews from experts everywhere I took the plunge and am very happy with this bar. No complaints. The only thing I have to note is that some have reported snap rings on the end caps but mine comes with a branded Titan plug on the ends. Unlike some other cheaper bars where the plugs easily pop out these seem to be in there pretty good. Seven thumbs up!”

“I have used a few different SSBs in different gyms. After building out my basement gym I wanted one. When Titan released the V2 version which looks just like the Elite FTS SSB I pulled the trigger. I am glad I did. The bar came impeccably packaged with foam. The welds aren't the prettiest and I am not crazy about the chrome finish but that is just minor aesthetics. What I really cared about was function. They nailed the camber on this thing. The screw on handles are the perfect length. The pad is the right amount of firmness and super supportive. The entire bar is well balanced. I can do squats with it hands free and it stays in position without pitching me forward and trying to roll off my back. I love it and for the price I cannot recommend it enough. I used to argue that the V2 Hefty bench was the best thing Titan made, but now I can unequivocally say it is the V2 SSB.”

“It took me a while to get this bar due to it selling out quick and me being indecisive when it was in stock. Finally I decided to pull the trigger and got it for $176 on sale. One of the best additions I've made to my home gym. Pros - Bar is half the price or more compared to competitors!!! -bar is very well built and sturdy, padding is good too. -It serves its purpose of taking the shoulders/arms out and leaving them in a neutral position and lets you focus on getting low on squats. -I feel like the bar is a bit more front loaded than a regular squat which is good to have some versatility and mix it up. -It basically takes out having to center yourself like you would with a standard barbell (something I have trouble with especially with bars with no center knurl) Cons -The package came in overall good shape but did have 1 tear that was taped up at some point and I believe that caused some moisture to go in and cause a little bit of rust on the bar. I brushed it off with a metal wire brush and came right off”
