Take your landmine workout to the next level with the 19-inch Hammer Sleeve Attachment from Titan Fitness. This versatile attachment allows you to perform a multitude of unilateral movements which activates more core muscles than bilateral movements. The extension length not only increases difficulty but also allows you more room to perform single leg RDL's without running into your weight. The typical 2-inch barbell sleeve can be hard to get a grip on so we designed this attachment with a 33 mm bar for a more secure grip.

“I've had this landmine sleeve for several months and it certainly makes it easier to get a good grip on the bar for landmine exercises. Unfortunately, the weld let go and the two pieces separated. I sent an email to customer service and had a replacement on the way within hours. Thank you for standing by your equipment!!”

“Well designed piece. My only suggestion is that it yiu should use a Teflon liner to prevent scraping and nicking of your barbell. I placed 1/32” Teflon sleeve liner and it solved the issue permany. Just a simple suggestion to make the product better”

“So far so good. Took a little adjustment going from using the plain end of the bar to using this but so far it's great! I like the feel while doing core and shoulder work.”
