The Rackable Strongman Log Bars are essential for your strongman routine, allowing you to test your strength and engage your leg muscles, posterior chain, back, and shoulders. Each muscle is utilized throughout the log press as the bar progresses from the ground to the overhead position in the log clean and press. The neutral hand grips are comfortably seated within the log, and the wide cutout accommodates arms of all sizes. This neutral grip reduces shoulder stress during presses, ensuring your intensive training is free from unwanted pain or residual soreness. This durable bodybuilding tool features welded end caps, 42mm knurled grip handles, and is designed to fit Olympic-sized weight plates.
NOTE: TITAN Strongman Log Bars are NOT meant to be dropped on the floor.

Using at our home gym and so far no issues. Very nice to be able to rack it.

Balanced, no excess material at one point or another so it does not feel like I'm compensating for something on the equipment. Very solid and love the rack able aspect of it as I can do just Presses with it and then rack it vs having to clean it everything. Link to me hitting a PR with it https://youtu.be/Gu2CXnvlfgs

Only complaint you'll likely need to buy a set of collars with a lock screw as these sleeves are smalled in diameter than an olympic barbell.

Overall I'm happy with the 10" log. I do wish it used a standard 2" sleeve instead of the 1.9" axle sleeve. I need to buy an extra set of clips for it. Packaging could use some improvement as it slid side to side during shipping so punctured the box at both ends. It also ended up with a couple scratches because of this. This doesn't impact the ability to use it though and barbells get beat up during training anyway. Weighing the log it seems to be 65 lbs instead of the 70 lbs listed in the specifications.

Overall the 10" log is a great addition to our gym. The build quality is excellent and the log is very comfortable to clean and press. Our rack is pretty narrow, probably only about 41" post-to-post internally, so the log is technically "rackable" but is difficult to rack and unrack out of the J-cups because of the length of the log barrel. I just note this in case you're like me and have a relatively narrow rack so that you have realistic expectations for how you'll be able to train with this log. Primarily though we use the log for clean and press.
