The Rackable Strongman Log Bars are essential for your strongman routine, allowing you to test your strength and engage your leg muscles, posterior chain, back, and shoulders. Each muscle is utilized throughout the log press as the bar progresses from the ground to the overhead position in the log clean and press. The neutral hand grips are comfortably seated within the log, and the wide cutout accommodates arms of all sizes. This neutral grip reduces shoulder stress during presses, ensuring your intensive training is free from unwanted pain or residual soreness. This durable bodybuilding tool features welded end caps, 42mm knurled grip handles, and is designed to fit Olympic-sized weight plates.

“This is the second Titan bar I have purchased. First bar was near perfect. The log press bar, however, leaves a little to be desired. The weight plates slide on and off the bar with ease when using collars. The plates slide even when trying to lift the bar into starting position. Something I will be mindful of when going heavy.”

“I usually work out at home, but occasionally go in to gyms if I travel, and whenever I do I'd always be most excited to mess around with the strongman log at the end of my workout if they have one. I finally broke down and got one, and it's great.”

“I have been shopping for a log bar for a while. Many of the available options, including the R products are extremely expensive and although they may be insane quality, don't seem to justify the expense. I had never cleaned or pressed a log before so I decided a rackable version was the better bet. I've been using it now for several months and I am extremely happy with it. The welds all look good, the handles are great with just enough knurl they don't slip, and being able to rack it is amazing. The only thing I didn't like about this was there were an absolute ton of dried black paint chips in the packaging and in the log. It got everywhere when I unboxed it and was a giant headache to clean up. The packaging itself however was very solid. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to try out log pressing as it's a great value.”
