The Rackable Strongman Log Bars are essential for your strongman routine, allowing you to test your strength and engage your leg muscles, posterior chain, back, and shoulders. Each muscle is utilized throughout the log press as the bar progresses from the ground to the overhead position in the log clean and press. The neutral hand grips are comfortably seated within the log, and the wide cutout accommodates arms of all sizes. This neutral grip reduces shoulder stress during presses, ensuring your intensive training is free from unwanted pain or residual soreness. This durable bodybuilding tool features welded end caps, 42mm knurled grip handles, and is designed to fit Olympic-sized weight plates.NOTE: TITAN Strongman Log Bars are NOT meant to be dropped on the floor.

Welds are good i have dropped it from over head with steel 45s and it wasn't phased. Knurling could be more aggressive but that's just me. Order was as expected during this time.

Would like the 12" portion to be 2 or 3 inches shorter so it is easier to rack but this does work much better than trying to rack a normal log on safety bars.

Got it today and it is great. Well balanced and the knurling isn't too rough. Looking forward to beating this thing up.

I bought the rackable bar because I didn't want to have tires laying around my gym. Couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. Great product!!

This is my first log showed up in great shape, welds are good, paint is good, fits in my rack well about an inch or so on each side. Knurling isn’t very aggressive but better than some cheap bars for sure! I’m excited to see what variations I can use this for with the rackable design

I just got the rackable 12” a week ago. The welds are better, the rackable collars are a huge plus, and the whole thing is in great shape. I’ve been putting it through it’s paces, and it’s holding up very well. I lifted a Titan 12” about two years ago. I liked it, but didn’t entirely trust the welds, and the sides of the grip wells dug into my arms when doing the clean. This one is much better. No snags, no digging. My one and only complaint is that one of the sleeves is about 1 to 2 degrees out of alignment with the log. So, it’s not perfect. But it really has no impact on loading plates or balance.
