“Good value for the price. Definitely not a barbell that will grow with you, but it’s meant to just be an intro bar to get your foot in the door. I use mine for all of my landmine accessories so that it can take a beating and I don’t feel too bad about it. Knurl is decent, spin is ok. She thicc too (30mm) so feels decent for squat, bench, and hip thrusts. If the budget is tight and you’re deciding between this and other bars for the same price, just get this one.”

“This seems like a REALLY solid barbell. Just what I wanted. I doubt I'll ever put more than 250lbs on it, and it seems like it'd be fine with twice that.”
