“The Regular Bar is probably the best value on the market for a budget bar. I have used it with only up to 260 lbs, but it has held up great! The knurling is perfect for me. It's not super aggressive, but it's enough to get a very strong grip. I have used the bar mainly for deadlifts, squats, and bench and I'm glad I didn't spend 2-3x the money for the same result. The bar also has a great spin to it and you can add oil to the bar to ensure it doesn't lose any of the spin.”

“Solid bar for the price. The chrome is a bit cheap feeling but you can't beat it at this price point. I wish the knurling was a bit more aggressive though”
