“I needed to replace my cheap bar that I initially bought from a clean out sale. This bar has been awesome. I mainly do bodybuilding and powerlifting style workouts and this has been great for both. I was noticing my old bar starting to bend and this one has easily handled deadlifts at around 450 pounds. I can’t speak to Olympic lifts but the whip and spin for deadlifts is great. The knurling is just right for good grip without being excessive and causing discomfort during squats. I don’t think you could beat the price for the level of quality you get with this bar.”

“Great bar for the price the knurling on the one I received is perfect for deadlifts very minimal play in the sleeves and the 30mm thickness feels great in my hands.”

“Amazing Quality of a B/B for beginners and the diameter of this barbell is great for Squat/Bench Press/Cleans/Deadlifts etc. The Knurling is acceptable and it provides a nice firm grip. Would Highly recommend to anyone looking for a B/B for an affordable price at exceptional quality! I was disappointed at how it arrived given the ends were ripped apart but luckily it didn't scratch the B/B which kept me at ease. despite that detail this is a very safe purchase with no regrets at all. will probably write another review to determine the longevity behind it a few months from now”

“I am very impressed with the quality of the bar for this price. I have only tested it with about 400 lbs and have no plans or ability to test the upper weight range, but it is performing well and I am overall pleased with this purchase.”
