“High quality design that is very easy to use. The neutral grip reduces strain on your elbows and is very comfortable. I love the knurled handles and the bar is VERY solid. Definitely recommend!”
“This bar is a really good addition to the gym. At first it did feel a bit tippy, but you get used to it. Excels at skull crushers for sure, but I like to mix it in for some other exercises as well. Bent over rows are good, Arnold press is solid but wobbly, twisty close grip bench press is good. I have been using this for behind the leg tricep extensions recently and can feel the burn. I use it at least once a week, and does things other bars can't so I am happy.”
“I was excited to get this bar and try it. It has a great price and looks a lot like the Watson bar. Once in my hands I was a little surprised how tippy the balance feels. I mean that was my first impression of it. So I am going to get it 4 stars. I want to say that this could easily be a 5 star but I think some things were missed in the engineering of it. Titan could have moved the name plate badge to the outside and recessed where the badge is not for a place to grip for upright rows. The profile could have been a little steeper or compressed so that when you flip it and grab the handles like an ez curl there is less contact with your quads. Yeah I know its a tricep bar right? So if that was the only thing it was designed to do theres really no point in the pivoting handles. If you turn the handles out during the extension it feels tippier. I mean a smaller frame with fixed grip handles on the side would have made a cleaner more balanced tricep extension. So if its multi use, those things could have been incorporated and I think the balance would have been better with the handles a little deeper recessed in line with the frame. All that said I'm giving it 4 stars and it does get easier to use with repetition. Its a whole lot of bar for 99.00 when you consider its competition is about 360.00. Its is multi use in that curls can be completed with it and upright rows do work. I am also told though I haven't tried yet, I have heard that using decline bench only intensifies the tricep extension. I also did a review on youtube.”
“I was having constant elbow pain in both elbows and I was sure it was from doing curls and triceps extensions using my straight Olympic bar. I didn't want to purchase dumbbells, so I searched online for specialty bars so I could just use my existing Olympic plates. I had almost decided to buy either an easy curl bar or one of those rectangular triceps bars, but then I saw this pivoting triceps bar from Titan. I bought one, and boy am I glad! It does feel strange at first, but after using it a few times, it became easier to handle, and I love it.”
“A piece of equipment that I was waiting a while for Titan to manufacture and now that I have it is terrific for getting that extra range of motion and stretch for the triceps and lats. Well built at an excellent price.”
