“This is a great but simple piece of gear. The pivoting handles make it easier on my wrist which is partially fused, allowing me to get good ROM and feel the effects of the exercise. Yes, there are other exercises that do not need this, but variety is key to avoiding boredom. Also, being a strength and conditioning coach allows me to use different equipment and exercises so that I can make recommendations to clients. The choice is your to make!”

“I bought this because it was on sale and looks cool! Thought the grips might reduce wrist pain. It does look cool and is well built but very awkward to use. Some positions increase the strain on my wrists and really doesn’t accomplish much I can’t do with an EZ bar. Maybe I’ll get more comfortable with it over time but I have some buyers remorse on this one.”
