“Well-constructed but awkward to use. Difficult to get into the ready position and you might smack yourself in the face the first few times. Handles uncomfortable on wrists due to contact with metal edge. Doesn’t improve the range of motion much. Stick with a triceps bar (hammer grip) instead. Looks neat but not worth the money.”
