“This is a quality bar that holds plenty of weight. It has helped me to continue doing bench and overhead press without shoulder impingement. I haven't attempted all of the different grips, but I'm happy to have options for spacing out my grips. It takes a couple times to get used to it, but now I wouldn't go back.”

“Just as good as anything from the "big brands" that cost twice as much. Handle spacings are just right for many different exercises. Plates slide on the sleeves with no issues and theres no wobble.”
