“It’s very sturdy to the point of being a little hard to maneuver, once I get it in the power rack though I do love it. I occasionally get a little shoulder pain when benching with a straight bar and this eliminates that, plus allows me to hit different muscles.”

“Really nice bar for the price. Tough for overhead presses as it's a lot of bulk to clear your head but great alternative to standard bench press that'll save your shoulders”
