The knurling is a little passive, but the bar is amazing overall. Very heavy duty. Rackable. Fits regular Olympic collars, and works with all bumper plates and regular Olympic plates. It allows me to bench without as much pressure on my bad shoulder, however it is harder as well due to the position of your hands. The bar will humble you if your worried about the numbers, but it’s the first I’ve been able to bench in a while and it feels great!

Good, solid bar I got this because I can’t afford/find/store a full set of dumbbells. This gives me a dumbbell grip for some exercises. Ez-curl bars hurt my elbows for tricep work and this doesn’t. Would like Titan to share sample exercises for this bar

I have severe issues with my right shoulder that have made pressing movements painful and less effective. The Titan neutral grip bar has been great for close grip bench presses, incline presses, barbell rowing, front raises, hammer curls, and even upright rows. Possibly the best $150 I’ve spent on gym equipment. Although it’s not really important to me, the bar is good looking with clean welds too. I highly recommend this bar to anyone with shoulder issues.
