“This bar has solid construction, a good powder coat finish, and a nice knurled grip. I really like that it has standard-sized olympic collars and not axle bar sized collars. I use it at least once a week for close grip bench press, tricep extensions, and hammer curls. Great value for a reasonable price (and free shipping).”

“Great value. Free shipping. Decent knurl not aggressive. Some of the other similar bars have a powder coat smooth grip on the handle. One of the end pieces has is a little crooked but doesn’t effect the performance of the bar. Great for horizontal pressing movements. A little bulky for doing rows. Overall a great piece of equipment, especially for the price and with free shipping.”

“Big thank you to Joanna and the customer support team. My initial order of the Multi-Grip bar was "lost" in transit by Fed Ex. Not sure how a package this size disappears, but it did. I contacted Titan Customer Support and Joanna got back to me right away. The bar was in stock and at my door step in four days. Amazing. This is great bar with so many options.
