“This is a very beefy bar. I actually thought at first it weighted more than 45 pounds. If you have bad shoulders than this is the bar for you. The neutral grips will definitely take some stress off your shoulder joints. Can mix it into your bicep, tricep, shoulder, chest and back workouts. Yes it might have some minor cosmetic flaws, but you never notice them unless you are looking for them.”

“Many uses for this heavy duty versatile bar, rows , pressing , bi's , tr's , 3 grip options . I have read several reviews complaining about scratched paint or uneven welds , i don't understand how either one effects ANYTHING . Seriously why; it's not expensive , those kind of folks maybe should exercise at a country club and probably, take a pic after each set.”
