“Today was back and chest day, and I used this bar for flat bench presses and bent over rows, and it was perfect! I'm a retired 68 yr old PT, with a pretty bad right shoulder, so bench press w/straight bar is out for me, but this bar w/neutral and half way supinated/pronated grips has me back on the bench!”
