“Serves its purpose well and it is priced affordably. Quality construction. If I had one recommendation, it would be to make it more narrow in the grip section. It would make it easier for bent over rows and overhead presses. I have average-width hands and have 1-1.5" of extra space on each side of my hand. Its good for one-size-fits-all.”

“Over the years and some injuries to my shoulders, I decided to try other types of bars to see if I could relieve the pain in my right shoulder a little. Basically I have little time with this bar and it still costs me some work to get used to balancing it, but I think it is a good investment and the results could be in the medium term. I will continue to use it in my banking press routine or other exercises. Multi-Grip Barbell V2 Knurling is quite passive but serves its function. Its construction is solid and its appearance is very good. I 100% recommend this product.”
