“Definitely a worth while bar to have in anyone's home gym. It adds variety allowing you to avoid overuse injuries while bench pressing. The angle of the grips are very ergonomic and the knurling is on point. This bar fits perfectly on my Rouge squat rack and the sleeves work well with my cheap collars.”
