“The multi grip has really helped with my bench since I have a bum left shoulder. I have also used it for bicep curls and like the that it is different from my curl bars. The only issue I have is there is a bit of slag rattling around the inside of the bar. Does not affect performance but it is annoying at times.”

“The welds aren’t the prettiest, but if you’re looking for pretty, you’re focused on the wrong things. It functions great and is a third the cost of buying a similar bar from a competitor.”
