“These are great! These are an invaluable addition for people who are doing progressive weight training and want to stay in linear progression with their weight increases. The range from 1/4 to 1 lb fractional plates will allow anyone to increase the weight on the bar ever so slightly to continue making gains. Wish I had purchased these years ago! Let the gains (with fractional plates) continue!”

“These are perfect for any very specific lifting requirements. However, the writing and numbering comes off very easy on the plates when you wipe chalk or sweat off the plates the first time. Thank god they are colored, cause otherwise you couldn't tell what plate was what based off of just looking at them most likely.”
