“These are very nifty, they’re useful in things like an overhead press or bench press plateau. With such a cheap purchase I can now progress at every .5 increment from 0.5 to 5 pounds. It’s coated in rubber so it is not harming any barbells. They’re not metal all the way through, they have varying sizes of a metal ring in the center and rubber all around the outside. The 0.25 however is rubber all the way through. The weights are accurate, the plates are durable. Great product.”

“My first shipment was incomplete. They offered to send a new set without me sending back the partial. I said yes. The second shipment never made it. They offered either a full refund or to try again. I wanted the plates so I said to try again. I ended up with more weight and they function well. Great for my rig and incrementally increasing weight for shoulder exercises”
