The Angled Multi-Grip Barbell is constructed for the highest-level performance offering an enhanced frame with eight uniquely angled, two-way neutral grip bars. Built to reduce stress on the wrists and shoulders, this bar makes curls, rows, and presses much more manageable and will expand your workouts. It features four knurled textured grip sets angled 30-degrees and spaced roughly 2.5" apart. The closer grips focus on the triceps, while the wider grips target the pectoral muscles. Each grip includes a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. The innovative design is crafted to hold a weight capacity of up to 1,000 LB and is compatible with most standard power racks and Olympic plates.
IMPROVED VERSION 3: Our updated Angled Multi-Grip Barbell now features a new frame width to allow for easy racking and knurl marks to help keep a center hold on the bar.

This bar is everything I hoped it would be. It takes the pressure off of the wrist and makes doing presses more comfortable. Great product

This is my first time using a multi-grip bar like this, but I absolutely love it. I've been strength training for decades, and have been building out a home gym over the last several years. I just picked this up and am a huge fan. The angled grips make doing certain movements much easier on the joints. Definitely a level up for your home gym, and a great price too. What others have said about the bar ends being slightly smaller is definitely true, though my collars still hold well enough

I use it mostly for bench press and overhead work. As a competitive powerlifter and strongman it suits my needs perfectly, letting me change grip angles to provide a different stimulus and take pressure off my shoulder joints. As a welder, I can tell it is well made and built to last. Love this bar.

I really like this bar. The grip angles and spacing works well for several movements. I bought it mainly for bent over rows and skull crushers and it works great for those. Two minor issues: first, the end bells are smaller diameter than standard barbells so standard collars are too big. Second, the knurling on the bars could be a bit more aggressive. In spite of this, I like the bar.

The has good spacing between grips. Bar fits in my squat rack just fine no issues. My only complaint is that none of collars fit as snug on the sleeves as they do on my other barbells, including one from Titan.

Love this bar. Makes presses easier in the shoulder, or if you want to target different angles.
