“Great bar for the value; very quickly becoming the workhorse in my studio when working with clients as well as my own lifts. Aggressive knurl for this pricepoint allows the bar to stick when doing heavier pulls. Good quality internals; however could use a bit of synthetic/light oil to keep a good spin if you're doing olympic moves.”

“Looks nice but starts bowing with just a couple hundred pounds on the bar and the rings are farther apart than I like them I usually use the rings for my grip spread”
