“Got this for standing at my desk and also as a foot swing when sitting. Arrived heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and layers of tape that almost made it too secure and hard to remove. There were no assembly instructions but the online manual was available and easy enough to understand. Assembly was not too difficult and improvised some tools to fasten all the nuts and bolts. No assembly tools came with the item. Overall, put it together well and it looks to be the right size and height (I'm 5'11) for standing with one leg up (captain morgan position) or sitting and using it as a cradle for both feet. The frame is stable unless you really rock the bar. I bought a barbell squat shoulder pad and I think that will fit nicely on the swing bar to provide padding for my feet, as I usually use this without shoes on. Overall, I really like the purchase for the value it provides and I think it is really an important part of standing desks to be able to keep one foot elevated. I wish it was a bit more sturdy on the side walls and there was padding for the swing bar. Packaging, assembly, and instructions were a bit cumbersome so I am giving this 4 stars. Still, this is probably your best bet at the price range right now unless you want to pay way more for a Rogue swing bar or risk it with cheap Amazon stuff.”

“I spend most of my time gaming, and I bought this to use while at my desk. It is very well built like all the other titan products I have bought before. Product came within 3 days of ordering, was wrapped in a lot of tape and bubble wrap. Box included the hardware but no allen wrench. required 2 different size hex keys and 1 cresent wrench to put togther.”
