“The two packages I received were quite heay and cumbersome. The deliveryman didn't use a dolly which would have made it easier to get it to the front door, but he is a young guy, who isn't thinking about what struggling with heavy packages is doing to his back in the long run. The boxes were pretty beat up and the foot pad fell out ot the box when he picked it up (no damage). Everything was in perfect condition, but had the packages had to go through a few more moves, I don't know if the boxes would have survived. In that case, the protection plan would definitely been worth it.”
“I don't think people should have to pay for the shipper to make sure they don't damage or destroy or lose a package. That's supposed to be their responsibility once they accept the package for shipment and I don't think consumers should have to pay these hidden costs”
