“There was a hole in the box when it arrived. I put everything together expect for the bottom shelf because those pieces were not in the box. Contacted customer service and was told I had to go through Route which was the "shipping insurance" I appearently signed up for but did not realize. I asked to be set the 2 pieces I was missing after mutiple back and forth I finally was notified something was being shipped. I recieved a 2nd dumbbell rack. This one also had mutiple holes in the box which was nice since I could take the pieces out that I needed without opening the box. Now I have an extra half a rack just wasting space in my garage. I asked to be sent a shipping label so I could send it back and they said just keep for spare parts. Do not send out full replacement when someone ask just for the missing pieces. You need to work with the company more and not just replace everything every time. I do not want a second rack that I can not even use. Very frustrating experience. The only positive was it was done quickly.”
