“The rig I ordered shipped in 3 packages. Box 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 showed up on time. Box 1 of 3, which contains all the assembly hardware, pull ups bars, j-hooks, etc. has yet to arrive. It has been “out for deliver” for 6 days, routes response was to wait for status change. I had to call both FedEx and titan fitness to get a claim started and I have yet to receive any confirmation of an open claim to find or replace the package.”
