“It's so nice to just attach this to my T-3 Rack instead of having to use plates to hold the base like I used to have to do at my commercial gym. This particular item is actually a pair and although I haven't used it that way yet, it allows you to use two barbells for bilateral movements. I use it mostly for rows and deadlifts. But there are endless exercises with a landmine. Pair this with one of several handle attachments like the Viking Press which is currently my favorite. Also, if you don't have one yet, pick up the Pin and Pipe Landmine from Titan. It's the same basic idea, but because it just slips over the pipe safety of your rack, it allows you to raise the base of the barbell and it restricts lateral movement, making it work better for overhead presses, and squats.
