“I bought this for use with my T-3 Squat Stand. I wanted the ability to quickly disassemble and store it. It’s pretty easy to add and remove. My only issue with it is that it measures almost 46 inches in width (42 inches is the normal width for most of the standard T-3 power rack items, and makes the J-cups about 42 inches apart) which gives a little less margin for racking the barbell easily. It also means it won’t work if you have any other crossmembers setting the distance between your uprights.”
