“This item was missing all of the hardware (nuts and bolts) and Titan was not able to sell me any of the missing hardware. I was able to purchase at a local big box store and long story short, it ended up costing me more than if I had purchased a new piece of equipment. I would not recommend purchasing any scratch and dent items from Titan, and I’m irritated enough that they sold me a box of junk, that I will no longer purchase anything from them. They have lost my business for good.”
