“Yes this was a scratch and dent however Titan carelessly packed it without any padding between the spotter arms, just thrown in a light cardboard box. And as a result was really scratched up when received. I received all the hardware but Titan does not guarantee they will be included and can be expensive to replace. This would cancel out scratch and dent savings.”
