“I only use my Titan 100 lb slam ball to do Close Grip Bench Presses, which I can do safely because I just roll it off my chest when I physically can't do anymore. It feels a lot heavier than 100 pounds. Perhaps, it is because it is dead weight. 100 pounds doesn't sound like much, but it is when you use the Titan 100 lb slam ball. I recommend it highly. You can do other exercises with it, like squats and other exercises, but you have to be strong if you can military press this outstanding exercise equipment.”
