“Had QC issue with first pair of ramps received. It happens. Titan Ramps promptly responded and quickly sent me a new pair which have no issues. They included a return label in their response and said to send the first pair back after the new pair arrived. Great customer service! The ramps are made in China but upon inspection, they appear to be solid value for the price. I am confident they'll serve me well for years to come.”
“They are a nice product but i knowingly was buying for my 1300 sxs they made it 2 uses before the roughly.040 aluminum ripped apart .all i can say is if you have anything more than 4-500 lb i wouldnt buy them if you want them to last for a long time”

“The ramps are well put together but the underside of the punched holes have not been deburred so there are essentially hundreds of sharp knife edge burrs. I'm sure the extra labor to finish the job costs too much. Was told by Titan that these burrs do not affect the ramps performance. WEAR GLOVES.”
