Seems something had fallen on the ramps and one crossbar and sidebar were bent and some sharp edges on them.

Look very nice, arrived fast. Should be exactly what I need to load my Polarus Razor into the bed of mt 4x4 pickup. Haven’t used them yet.

Ramps work perfectly. Light weight, durable and easy to transport.

Bought these for loading my side x side in the back of a Ford F150. The longer length gives me the peace of mind of not climbing those short, steep ramps. They have handled the weight with no problems. I fold them up and put the under the vehicle and after I unload I lock them with a cable to one of the wheels of the truck. Couldn't be happier!

I wanted long, wide and strong ramps. That's what I got. But...I also wanted lightweight and easy to store which contradicts my original goal. If you are trying to decide on ramps, don't go bigger than you have to. In hindsight, I would rather the 8' vs the 9' and I would rather the 12" vs the 17" wide ramps. I guess I would also rather the bare alum vs the black as the black just chips and shows the bare alum. I also liked the small side lips on my old ramps so the golf cart or lawn mower would be less likely to slide sideways off the ramp. I also like that my old ramps had grooved flat bar which were more confidence inspiring when walking up vs the round cross bars that are on these ramps. For some reason, the rounds give me the feeling of sliding off the side of the ramp. Anyway, no criticism of manufacturer - they gave me what they said they would - I just did not realize what was as important when I selected them. No more carrying one ramp in each arm - it's a two trip ordeal now.

Very well made. Easy to handle. Side by side goes right up into the truck. They should last me forever. Price was best anywhere. Great product.
