Ordered the 7.5 foot ramps based on reviews stating the ramps worked well with Harley touring bikes. I wasn't so lucky, I tried to load my 2018 Ultra Limited onto a 12 foot U-Haul trailer and the ramp failed. Thankful the trailer was low to the ground and I was able to keep the bike upright. I notified customer service regarding the issue, will update regarding the response. However, I would not recommend using these ramps for the newer Ultra Limiteds. They are too expensive to take the chance of dumping one off a ramp.

Hello William, please accept our sincere apologies if the center ramp collapsed after loading your 2018 Harley Ultra Limited. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products. I checked your account and found that you had already spoken with one of our product specialists, who had placed your replacement order. Please email us at info@titanramps.com and reference PBR Amyra if you require further assistance.

The price was reasonable. The material is pretty good heavy and sturdy. With it was a bit more thicker but it's ok. It was very easy to install. There were no good instructions but just a picture.

The u bolts that came with the ramp were not sufficient and snapped while tightening let alone putting a Harley on them.
