“There were some shipping issues, a week delay and a damaged box, but nothing worth sending the product back. The ramp is pictured with HANDRAILS but it does not include rails. In the previous response from Titan, it was stated that in the text they had the word "Only" and they would try to correct the picture? I noticed ALL the pictures still include the handrails?!? Maybe change the title to "10 FT Aluminum Wheelchair Entry Ramp (Handrails NOT incl.)"”

We recommend to always read the product page full listing before making a decision on placing an order, or reach out to our sales team by calling 8006057555 (Phone Associates available M-F, 7am-6pm CST) or to our production team by sending an email at info@titandistributorsinc.com if there are still questions about an item. I have had a chance to check and the photos, although shows the ramp, does notes stating Handrails are sold separately, also the details also does that the item does not include handrails.

“Was sent out 2 10 ' hand rails No ramp was Told my company To take rails out of box and photograph them which I did which wasn't easy because they were packed tightly Then 2 weeks later you sent out the ramp and I wasn't there to install I ordered from my elderly mother and I don't live there So we decided to return item The FedEx guy came a week later It said everything had to be put back in the box which was imposeable because I wasn't there in the box is cut up In ripped in half So we had it up keeping item which is still sitting there Because like I said odered them why I was visiting my elderly mother and she cannot Install the ramp So the ramp and rails are still sitting there Until I can make another trip And see her and install It's a 6 hour trip So what's not happy With the fact that it was told to take over everything out of the boxes photograph And then upon return return return but everything back in boxes Because driver would not accept I'm like I said really I'm proud to Put back and ripped shredded boxes”

Hi Gary, thank you for the review and I’m really sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. On some cases, photos showing the item you have received would be required if the Delivery Receipt or the carrier did not put a report and an item was short or missing. However, photos the shipping label, item code and any other item numbers on the box can be sent instead as an alternative seeing as it would also identify the item you have received without opening the box. My apologies about how this was handled, this is on us and we'll strive to do better. My sincere apologies again sir.
