First mounted the carrier, loaded the bike, and drove to town about 15 minutes away, on a very rough road. Bike appeared to be bouncing around a LOT. Confirmed straps still tight, etc. After I got home one set of straps had come loose from the anchor ring, Second attempt, I used climbing caribineers to go through the eye hole of the strap hooks on each anchor, eliminating the chance of them bouncing loose again. Then my vehicle has two hooks below the rear bumper that I added an additional strap on each end of the bike to the vehicle. That made all the difference in the situation. If you don't have a mounting point on the vehicle to add a stabilizing strap be very careful. After my little mods, I left on a 3000 mile round trip. And about 50 miles of the roughest dirt road you can imagine, and the mount worked fine.

All the basic parts are included. Assembly instructions sadly lacking. I had to make a modification to ramp for it to fit next to front wheel chock and also replaced tiny wing nuts with threaded knobs. Anti rock & roll device seems a bit awkward. I figured I would have to do some tweaking so not disappointed.

Meets expectations. 100lbs steal is a bit overkill, but creates confidence going from Highway to fire roads. Great for dirt bike, I do plan on attaching my 500lbs ADV bike, now that I completed first test run.

Nice design instructions to put together could have been clearer, already showing rust spots after only a couple of weeks will see how it holds up long term???

This seems to be a well-made carrier, and the ramp works terrific for loading a dirt bike or smaller motorcycle. It does have a couple of flaws though that should be fixed by Titan. The first one is the hitch pin that you get is too large to fit in a standard receiver. So the hole that they drill in the carrier is larger than the hole in your receiver that is on your vehicle, so there is slop in it because you have to use a smaller pin. The second issue is the carrier wants to rock back and forth. They do send along a stabilizer bracket, but it does not work well at all. 10 miles down the road and I could see my dirtbike bouncing back-and-forth already. They definitely need a better designed stabilizer bracket that works. The thing is built solid, but these are some issues that need to be addressed to make it more stable.

Since I received the carrier, I have made 3 phone calls, 3 emails and a photo of the defective part. Got 2 email responses from Joey Calabano and Dominic Malonzo. Both told me that this has been raised to their supervisor for the part to be pulled from exisiting stock. I have not received the replacement. Although, this is the second survey I received. The carrier is not safe to use without this part. I want my money back for that reason.

My experience with Titan Ramps has been awesome. They really care about there customers and the product they bought. The 600 lb motorcycle carrier I purchased came in one long box wrapped in heavy plastic. The inside was protected with thin foam sheets. Had some scuffs and Titan went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you Titan Ramps.
