“The package came in cardboard which was ripped open and no hardware. Customer service was difficult to communicate with. The first representative sent the wrong hardware after I waited a week to get it. The second one sent the correct parts. This all took over 3 weeks. Once I got it together and attached to the motorhome I was happy.”

“Originally I ordered an ALMC-400 for my 325 pound scooter, but did not feel it was strong enough. Customer service was excellent in addressing my concerns and suggesting an alternative, the MC-600. They promptly retrieved the old carrier and delivered the new one. It is very easy to load, with a 6 foot long ramp. It is sturdy and has convenient tie-down loops. The front tire cradle secures the scooter very well, although I'm not sure how well it would work on smaller scooter tires (mine are 16"). If you are hauling frequently, spend a little more and get this heavier carrier.”
